2. Using Our Website

• The configurator does not account for site-specific factors including roof orientation, shading, cable distances, structural constraints, or existing electrical infrastructure.
• A formal engineering design, site assessment, and written quotation will be provided before any installation is agreed.
• Solarcore Energy Limited is not liable for any decision or investment made solely in reliance on a configurator estimate.
• Submitting a configurator request does not create any contract, reservation, or obligation on either party.

4. Enquiries and Communications

Submitting a contact form, configurator request, or WhatsApp message constitutes an enquiry only. No contract exists between you and Solarcore Energy Limited until a formal written proposal has been accepted and a signed installation agreement has been executed.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, images, logos, the SolarCore brand name, the tagline "Your Energy. Engineered.", the solar sizing configurator tool, calculation methodologies, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of Solarcore Energy Limited.
